(“Renaissance”, “we”, “us”), 611-B, E-Block, Greater Kailash – 2, New Delhi 110048, handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. We decide why and how your personal information is used.

• Contact form information: when you use our contact form, which we also use for careers enquiries, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you choose and any message you send.
• Device and usage information: we automatically collect your IP address and the date and time of your visit or form submission. Our hosting providers also keep standard server logs, which can include the pages requested, your browser type and device operating system. We use this to keep the website working and secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
• Third-party tools: we do not currently use analytics or advertising tools. Some embedded content (see “Cookies”) is provided by third parties and may collect information itself, but only if you allow it.

We do not ask for payment details through this website.

• Interacting with you: to read and respond to your enquiries, including project and careers enquiries.

• Administrator sign-in: session cookies used only by authorised staff to manage the site. Strictly necessary; never set for ordinary visitors.
• Embedded media: the map on our Contact page (Google) and videos on some project pages (YouTube, Vimeo). These are not loaded until you allow embedded media, and those providers may then set their own cookies under their own policies.
